We are a modern, client-focused, MPEH Building Services Design Consultancy.
We aim to provide the best professional, technical advice to our clients and work with them on the design and implementation of their vision.
Our practice offers Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health Lift Engineering, to provide the services infrastructure all modern properties require.
We operate in the Commerical, Industrial, Retail and Residential markets, offering a bespoke service on each project.
OUR SERVICES
At Inertia Construction Engineering we work with Architects, Building Surveyors, Project Managers, Cost Consultants and businesses owners to provide the MEPH services they require for each project.
From the scheme design brief through to final project sign off we work closely with the design team and the appointed contractors to provide the best design and installation.
As well as design work we carry our Pre-acquisition Surveys, Dilapidation Surveys and Lift Surveys, as well as working with selected contractors on system testing and performance reviews for existing buildings.
Our unique selling point is our attention to detail, regular attendance and always begin contactable to ensure clients are safe in the knowledge that we can be relied upon.
